App to identify animals and plants just by taking a picture

Adverts

For the most curious and daring, not being inspired or not finding the title of a poem is a true sentence of despair, currently overcome with apps like Shazam.

It turns out that there are many more things in the universe that can dull our rarity or dull our memory of music – as, for example, nature.

And while Shazam identifies songs, a young app does it for us, using animals and plants.

Created by the iNaturalist establishment, Seek is an excellent app for when you are exploring the natural soul, exploring forests or other outdoor settings.

Through the information gathered by the establishment, and using artificial capacity technologies, the program accesses a huge list of insects, birds, plants, flowers, trees and other types of animals in order to clearly recognize what is in front of you.

The course is simple, and complete using a photo sent to the app.

The engraving is analyzed and compared with the collection, which currently has more than 30 thousand images – and progression with each use.

When a photograph matches a certain genre – when there is a match – a simplification of the information straight from Wikipedia is offered to the user.

Once identified, the gender news can be “collected” on your profile.

In order to encourage behavior and participation in nature, while also identifying and teaching about different species, Seek offers badges to its users.

Each piece of news “wins” a young person a badge, rewarding them for their rarity and being adventurous – excellent for adults and children.
