There are countless famous Brazilians who have had their lives involved with some form of chemical dependency. Some of these names managed to overcome their addiction, others, unfortunately, were unable to overcome it, and ended up dying as a result of chemical dependency.
The list is extensive, but we have listed 35 names of Brazilian celebrities who have or have had an addiction, be it drugs, alcohol, medication, among others.

1. Vera Fischer

Actress Vera Fischer has been involved with drugs and alcohol for much of her life. Her dependence was so strong that she was seen in public several times with very altered behavior. She went so far as to attack her son's nanny and break furniture in her house. After being admitted to a rehabilitation clinic against her will, in 2011 she decided of her own free will, that was when she managed to overcome her addictions and today she says she is clean.

2. Felipe Camargo

For 20 years, actor Felipe Camargo attended Narcotics Anonymous and Alcoholics Anonymous meetings to free himself from drug and alcohol addiction. According to him, recognizing that he was ill was fundamental in overcoming the problem.

3. Fábio Assunção

Actor Fábio Assunção has already had his name involved in several news stories due to his dependence on drugs and alcohol. According to the actor, his relationship with chemical dependency and alcoholic beverages is now under control. He is currently a fan of healthier activities.
