Start

First do the download from the FamiSafe app

So, open the app and register by choosing one of the options below:

  • Google Account;
  • Facebook account;
  • Create an account with email and password.

Access the “Sign in” option if you have already registered with the app.

Pairing

The app now shows some pairing instructions.

First choose the type of device your child has:

  • Phone/Pad;
  • PRAÇA;
  • Light up;
  • Chromebook.

You can pair devices in two ways:

First way – using a QR Code to pair the devices, reading it on the child's cell phone.

Second way – using a code provided, also using it on the child's cell phone.

On your child's cell phone, you need to download a different version of the app.

Then, in the child's app, enter the following data:

  • Child's name;
  • Age;
  • Choose an avatar.

Start pairing the devices now.

Follow the steps below:

  • Give access permission to the application;
  • Activate app overlay;
  • Activate app supervision;
  • Activate notifications;
  • Enable device administrator permissions;

Parent cell phone setup

Through the parents' cell phone, create a PIN of four digits, protecting the account.

Then choose how long the app should remain inactive.

Also choose the timeout for screen lock from your child's cell phone.

This way, the child will not use the cell phone for as long.

Then define which apps you want to be blocked for your child.

And, finally, add the geofencing function.

This function notifies parents when the child leaves the defined location.
